Exactly, a year frm now is a long time!
The road trip thing isn't tht bad b/c u knew him for a couple of months. Even w/o any dates prior to the road trip thr was still some history.

With dude at the party, he only saw me for about an hour or two and he offered a trip?! Now thts absurd lol.

2hrs vs 2 months r two totally different situations lol.

Just the notion that you would have the time to jump and head somewhere with him is absurd. Wouldn't that have to insure that you have no real business of your own? Not attractive

I invited a guy I had only known for a couple of months (no dates prior to this) to take a road trip with just me and him, yet to my surprise he said yes. I realize this situation is different I think that these type of risk could one day make for a good story.

I thght it was odd too. And its not like he was tryin to do group trip by saying "a group of friends and myself are going, you should get a group of friends together and do a trip". Even with tht type of approach I wouldn't have been as thrown off lol.

He either thought you were reeeaaalllllyyyyy young or he usually reserves his "game" for the young ones and doesn't know how to talk to a woman
